Golf Tournament Sponsorship Form

Welcome! Please complete this form to become a sponsor of the 2022 UEF Alumni Golf Tournament. Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment; you may pay with a credit card or your PayPal account (note: you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to submit payment online). New this year, you can do a joint sponsorship for the Golf Tournament and U-Fest!

If you’d like to pay by check, please review the printable Sponsorship Opportunities flyer to determine your sponsorship level. You’re welcome to mail your payment, with sponsorship level noted, to the address on the flyer. Once received, Marty Trepp or Aaron Young will follow up with you to request your logo for signage.
