Golf Tournament Online Registration

Welcome! Please complete this form to register and pay online for the UEF Annual Golf Tournament. Upon submitting the registration form, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment; you may pay with a credit card or your PayPal account (note: you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay online).

Registration entries must be made by Friday, June 10.

4-person Best Shot (18 holes)
If numbers merit, we’ll offer women, men, & co-ed flights.
12:00 p.m. Registration; 1:00 p.m. “Shotgun” Start; 6:00 p.m. Reception, Dinner, and Celebration
(Please make note of the 1:00 p.m. start time. A box lunch (sandwich/chips) will be provided during registration with dinner provided following golf. We’re looking forward to a great day!)

Registration Fees:
You may enter as a team of four, or enter as an individual and you will be assigned a team. Registration fees include golf and dinner at $150/person or $600/foursome. You may also choose to attend the dinner and not golf, the registration fee for dinner is $50/person.
